All lab appointments are booked through Alberta Precision Laboratories/DynaLIFE. You may do this by clicking the button above, or by calling 1-877-702-4486. You may make an account, or book as a Guest.

Steps:

1. Log in or select “Book as Guest”

a. If logging in, you will need to select the green “Book Appointment” button in the bottom left.  

2. Select what type of test you are booking.

3. Select a location.  

a. The lab at the Hinton hospital is “Alberta Precision Labs - Hinton Healthcare Centre,” located at 1280 Switzer Dr, Hinton.

4. Select a date and time.

5. If a guest, complete personal information.  

6. Confirm appointment.
